Best known as the Canadian Screen Award winning producer, creator and star of the hit TV series Survivorman (OLN Canada, The Science Channel US, Discovery Channel International, City TV (Rogers) Canada), Blue Ant Media (Canada), Les Stroud is the only producer in the history of television to produce an internationally broadcast series entirely written, videotaped and hosted alone. The godfather of ‘Survival TV’, Stroud has appeared in and/or produced numerous television specials including the 20th Anniversary of Discovery Channel’s Shark Week; I Shouldn’t Be Alive; Expedition Everest; Surviving Urban Disasters, and countless more. LAURA BOMBIER is an award-winning photographer whose work has appeared in magazines such as Men's Journal, Outside and Canadian Geographic, as well as her latest photo book Beyond Survivorman. She travels extensively, shooting stills photography for Les Stroud/Survivorman.
